The most powerful component features 20,000 penetrator warheads specifically engineered to pierce concrete and underground facilities before detonating. If approved, this would surpass a 2025 sale that included more than 35,500 similar bombs, which the Trump administration authorized after bypassing normal congressional review procedures.
